Terms & Conditions of Service
By creating an account on this platform, you ("the Candidate") agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by the platform operator ("the Company"). Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Nature of Services
The Company operates an online assessment and certification platform. The Company provides industry-relevant assessments in areas such as Programming, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and other technology domains. Upon successfully passing an assessment, the Candidate receives a verified digital certificate of achievement.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use this platform. One person may hold only one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be terminated without notice.
3. Assessments & Certification
All assessments are conducted under timed, proctored conditions. Webcam-based proctoring may be used to ensure exam integrity. The Company reserves the right to revoke any certificate obtained through unfair means, including but not limited to cheating, impersonation, use of unauthorized materials, or any form of malpractice. Assessment results are final and binding. The pass percentage and grading criteria are determined by the Company and may vary by course.
4. Payments & Refund Policy
Certain assessments require a fee payable prior to enrolment. All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure attributable solely to the platform, subject to investigation by the Company. The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer free assessments and certifications for specific programs, institutional tie-ups, or promotional events.
5. No Employment Guarantee
The Company does not guarantee employment, placement, or any job offer as a result of obtaining any certification through this platform. While certain partner organizations and clients may recognize and give preference to certified candidates during their hiring processes, such decisions are made entirely at the discretion of those organizations. The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding employment outcomes. Certification is an acknowledgement of skill competency as assessed by the platform and should not be construed as a guarantee of professional success or employability.
6. Institutional & Client Programs
The Company may conduct assessment sessions in collaboration with educational institutions, colleges, or corporate clients. Free or subsidized certifications offered through such programs are subject to separate terms agreed upon between the Company and the respective institution/client. Candidates participating in institutional programs are bound by both these general terms and any additional terms specified for that particular program.
7. Proctoring & Anti-Cheating Policy
By taking an assessment, you consent to webcam-based recording for proctoring purposes. Exam recordings are stored securely and shared only with relevant clients and company administrators. Any detected violation of exam integrity — including tab switching, face absence, multiple persons detected, or screen sharing — will be flagged and may result in disqualification. Repeated violations may lead to permanent account suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
All assessment content, questions, materials, certificates, and platform design are the intellectual property of the Company. Candidates may not copy, distribute, screenshot, photograph, or reproduce any assessment content. Certificates are for personal and professional use only and may not be altered, forged, or misrepresented.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
The Company collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data (name, email, phone, profile picture, assessment records) is used solely for platform operation, certification issuance, and communication with authorized clients. The Company does not sell personal data to third parties. Exam recordings and reports may be shared with the specific client or institution associated with your assessment, as part of the assessment service.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Candidate for the specific assessment in question. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Account Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform, its users, or its partners. Upon termination, access to assessment records and certificates may be revoked.
12. Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the Candidate's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Company's registered city of operation.
